Overview
Our investment process is research intensive, clearly defined, and has been consistently applied in up and down markets. The process has roots in the investment approach of Graham and Dodd, but is uniquely our own based on our experience and personalities. This investment process will not change.
We only invest in a company if there is a very strong conviction about its value based on earning power. The decision is predicated on a rigorous, seven-step due diligence process, which brings to the fore the many elements that define earning power. These steps are similar to the approach of a private equity investor, but are dependent on our own intensive analysis of readily available public information.
